What is your Personal Best or Your Athletes Best (Basic Background)
- I am 36 years old now and my best is 4.30(12,1) but it is for a couple of years back now. Today I jump around 3.50-3.60.(11.8-11.10) I coach my daughter who is 12 years old and jumped 2.51(8 feet and 2 inch) last week. She began jumping last year at 1.50.

5) What makes a great top? - controll of the body and to se where the bar is
6) What advice do you have for the off/pre season?
7) What are your favorite drills for the Pole Vault? - For young jumpers: Jump as much as possible and try to be one with the pole
8) What advice do you have on a Vaulters grip width?
9) What advice do have on a height of a Vaulters hand-hold?- Hold as highyou dare and run as fast as you can
10) What advice do you have on how to keep the Pole Vault Safe?
