ok, thanks for confusing me :) ok, here is the "mach situation"... i am 5'7", my body fat is 5% and weigh 125 right now. assuming i could gain weight that was only muscle; actually lowering my body fat percent a tiny bit, what should my maximum weight be? i am just looking for an estimate.

also i feel like a stick right now... i probably look like one too, i think i am way too skinny. as far as my workouts, right now i have been doing 8 sets of 50 pushups per day and have been doing light practices on the track getting ready for the season. when i weight lift i bench around 150 and squat alot more (im not sure the exact weight). for the other lifting with the small weights, i think they are called barbells, i use 35 pounds for a bunch of different things for arms.

ok, i will stop now, i ramble on too much...

: I made a mistake in my example. I meant to show a 25 lb. gain across the board, change that to 160/275 & 185/300.
