This guys is 120 lbs asking if he should gain weight.... and gaining 10 to 20 lbs ain't gonna make him any slower. Trust me on this one.

Take a look at an NFL running back, or an olympic class sprinter and tell me they are little skinny guys. Also, I have personally known a couple guys who could have easily qualified as body builders, and they were both sprinters. but that doesn't matter...

I specificly said its okay to gain weight if its not fat (in other words, muscle).
Also, have you tried a high protien diet. First, and most important thing is to NOT binge on meat. just increase the amount you eat compaired to normal. You don't lose water weight on it, unless you decide to drink less to lose weight, which only last until you drink normal again. If you excercise hard, you GAIN weight instead of losing it. Also, I don't smell like cabbage, and have no clue where the hell you came up with that one. The cancer thing might be true, but everything gives you cancer, including all electronics, all foods, water, growing, aging, and smelling like cabbage.

Now I never bought the guy's book or read anything of his, but I just used the info that I heard from people who felt better on it. Also, I have gone off all carbonated liquids and caffine, and I am in the best shape of my rather short life.
